This is a high-end private development of 70 units with a start date of September 2017 and completion in Autumn 2018. This prestigious development had 4 different house-types and construction was driven by an aggressive sales programme. The finish was high quality.

Challenge:
The key challenge for this project was that the modules themselves were very wide. This meant that transport to the site would be difficult. We resolved this by organizing night-time loading of the units onto specially developed custom-built trailers and transporting these with an organized Garda escort to the site.
Results:
The development was also being built directly behind an existing housing estate where concerns were raised about general noise pollution and disruption. The benefits of our volumetric offsite build for this development meant far less disturbance and a faster build programme. The client enjoyed a seamless service which they are going to utilize again on their next development.
